1996 hurricane Hortense sept 10th, 80mph winds from the SSE press 29.23 & a 4 ft storm surge 19 killed 20 inches of rain fell leaving 3/4 of people in Puerto Rico without power.
1998 Sept 22nd,hurricane Georges hits here from the ESE after traveling the length of the island.Winds at this point were 105mph dumps heavy rain on the area causes 12 billion dollars damage & kills 12 in P.R
